Joe or Jac. Alfred Korns name in grammar book

This 2001 scan was taken from an 1866 copy of "First Lessons in English Grammar" by S.W. Clark. This book is in the possession of a descendant of Allen Korns, who would have obtained the book from the Allen Korns family residence in Southampton Township, Somerset County, PA. Thi 1867 date suggests that Joe may have been the original user of the book. Could the name possibly be "Jac. Alfred Korns"? I have seen one website that lists "Alfred" as the middle name of Jacob, the son of Daniel Korns, Junior. The book "Genealogy of Michael Korns, Sr. of Somerset County, Pennsylvania" indicates that "Jacob A. Korns, b. Sept. 1, 1853, married Margaret Burkett...".

CAN ANYONE IDENTIFY JOE ALFRED KORNS?
